F A Q
A few honest Answers
What exactly is Smoodi?
It is a morning drink that replaces your supplement shelf. One powder, mixed into milk or a smoothie in thirty seconds, formulated around the four systems that determine how women feel day to day: gut, blood sugar, hormones, and nervous system.
It is not a protein shake. It is not a women's multivitamin. It is something that did not exist before - a single product, at clinical doses, covering the full foundation of what the research says women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s actually need. Developed with a BANT-registered nutritional therapist, NHS GP, functional medicine practitioner. Made in a GMP-certified UK facility and third-party tested for contamination.
Why is SMOODI different?
Most supplements in this category are single-target - one ingredient, one claim. The ones that try to do more usually underdose everything to fit it on the label.
Smoodi covers all four systems that interact to determine how you feel - gut, blood sugar, hormones, nervous system - at the doses the research actually uses. Inositol at 2,000mg (most 'hormone support' gummies deliver 50–300mg). Methylated B vitamins, not the synthetic forms many women cannot convert efficiently. L-theanine at 200mg. Artichoke extract for the liver's role in the oestrogen-clearance pathway - an ingredient almost entirely absent from the rest of the category.
That combination, at those doses, does not exist in any other single product in the UK women's market.
What benefits can I expect from SMOODI?
SMOODI supports: Hormone balance, energy, immunity, blood sugar, cognition, hair, skin, nails AND your protein intake!
Why does Smoodi cost 85?
£85 is a serious price. Here is exactly where it goes.
A standalone clinical-dose inositol supplement costs £25–40 a month. A methylated B-complex costs another £20–30. Before counting the protein, the adaptogens, or the gut and liver support, those two ingredients alone account for over half the price - at the doses and forms Smoodi uses.
The full equivalent stack - inositol, methylated B vitamins, a quality adaptogen blend, a women's protein powder, liver and gut support - costs £155–260 a month from separate brands. And most of it sits in a drawer, partially used, because nobody can keep up with that many bottles.
We could make Smoodi cheaper. We would have to use smaller doses, cheaper forms, and cut corners you would feel. We didn't.
Can I take SMOODI with other supplements?
Many women use Smoodi as the foundation of their routine and reduce the number of separate products they take.
SMOODI can be taken alongside other supplements that don't exist in the ingredient list.
If you are uncertain about a specific combination, your GP or a registered nutritional therapist can advise.
When should I take it?
Whenever you'll actually remember.
Consistency matters more than timing.
Most women take Smoodi in the morning as part of their daily routine.
When will I notice a difference?
Some aspects may be noticed sooner than others.
The deeper work takes time.
That's biology, not marketing.
We'd rather be honest about that than make promises we can't keep.
